Andy Michael Beach was born in Antigo Wisconsin and adopted by Allan Beach and Linda (West) Beach in 1972. Shortly after they moved to Huntley Montana where they lived until 1973 when they moved to 40 acres of land in the Bull Mountains of Montana where they lived until 1984. Andy attended Roundup Elementary school and traveled 18 miles each way on the bus. Summers and vacations were spent traveling back to Three Lakes to visit the family and Grandparents. Andy's Dad worked driving bus and semi-truck and in 1981 bought his first truck. The first summer that Allan owned the semi Andy traveled with his parents from ocean to ocean getting to see much of the country for the first time. In 1984 the family moved back to Wisconsin to be closer to Andy's Grandmother Alice Beach who was having health issues.
Andy attended Junior High and 2 years of High School in Three Lakes WI. In 1988 Andy and his parents moved back to Montana settling just outside of Billings in the small community of Shepherd, Montana where Andy graduated from school in 1990. Andy joined the US Navy in 1990 and after boot camp and school was stationed on the flight line in San Diego directing helicopters. After serving in the Navy, Andy was honorably discharged and returned to Montana in 1993 to attend College. Andy moved all over the country for a number of years living many places including Iowa, South Dakota, Oregon, but settled back in Three Lakes in 2002 where he took a job driving semi, following in his Dad's footsteps.
In 2004 Andy left the over the road trucking industry and went into sales at a lumberyard. During this time it was when Andy went back to school and got certified as a Firefighter and EMT. Andy joined the Three Lakes Fire Department and Medic 10 ambulance as a volunteer following in the footsteps of his Grandfather Gordon Beach who was the first Fire Chief in Three Lakes. In August 2007 began working at St. Mary's Hospital as an EMT. In August Andy also went back to school again to become a paramedic and met Angel when he helped her load a patient with a broken neck onto a medical helicopter. As Angel puts it "Andy started talking and he didn't stop." Andy will be graduating with honors as a Paramedic in May 2009 and plans on working full time at St. Mary's Hospital in Rhinelander.
